Welcome to Lottie's Island Flavours The Caribbean island of Barbados shown on our labels is where Lottie's premium hot pepper sauces were cooked for more than twelve years. We brought these recipes to the United States where we can more easily offer them to chili-heads who know and appreciate first-rate hot sauces. Lottie's Barbados hot pepper sauces will liven up meat, fish and poultry dishes with the kick of Scotch Bonnet peppers. They are also great in sandwich spreads, with sliced cheddar cheese on crackers and in most snack dips.
The two flavours of hot sauce offer a selection from which to choose. Our Traditional Barbados Recipe (yellow) hot sauce is based on Scotch Bonnet peppers and mustard. Lottie's Original Barbados Recipe (red) hot sauce is also based on Scotch Bonnet peppers and is considered to be a bit hotter than the Traditional recipe. Either of these spicy Barbadian (Bajan) delights may be used in most food preparations - they are both delicious! Enjoy our hot pepper sauces yourself and share them with family and friends also...
